"I believe in Movement & Variety. Our bodies have evolved over tens of thousands of years to be supremely good at doing millions of complex actions. Our bodies are designed for movement and variety. We can travel on land and water. We can thrive in soaking jungles, roasting deserts and freezing tundra. We can create structures as huge as the Great Pyramids, as intricate and delicate as clockwork pocket watches and as complex as moon rockets! No wonder that these days when most of us spend our entire lives sitting motionless in offices and cars, our bodies are falling apart. Inactivity is just a bad habit we have. A bad habit we all should, and can break out of. I broke out of it, using Movement & Variety. And if I can do it, anyone can!"
