Before anything else, you will meet up with me for a no commitment, free initial consultation. This is where you and I discuss your fitness needs/ goals and any injuries/conditions you may have. Feel free to ask any questions you have.

You will need to fill out a standard Exercise Readiness Questionnaire.

At the end of the Consultation, I should have all the information I need and if you like what you have heard, you can book yourself in for any of the following services I offer.

Fitness Coaching

This is the important bit of improving your health and fitness...actually physically doing stuff! My fitness coaching comes in many forms.

One to One sessions - just you getting 100% attention. These sessions are available in your own home/garden, local park or my local gym.

One to Two sessions - you and your friend/partner training together. Twice the fun and you are more committed!

Group sessions - if there is a group of you (a group from work, a group of friends, a group from your sports club etc), you can have your own specific fitness classes. This way you can all help each other along and leave no one behind!

No matter who you are, if you want to be Fit for Health, Fit for Life or Fit for Performance, get your tailored fitness programmes to help you achieve your goal!

Exercise Workshops

Exercise WorkshopI develop and run my own exercise workshops covering various subjects. These part theory, part practical, workshops are designed to teach people a real understanding of the how's, what's and whys of fitness/exercise. They are ideal for groups of people wanting a deeper understanding of the subjects, but can be easily adapted for individuals.
