“A warm friendly professional and committed Personal Fitness Instructor, Cerin Rees has the ability to make exercise both worthwhile and fun.

I have disliked things like the gym since I was a school kid, preferring to ride horses and play tennis/walk dogs, but when all these pursuits had come to a halt for a variety of reasons … I thought I’d better give the gym a go as office workers like me can easily become very unfit.

"Cerin prepared a training plan for me, which has helped me to work towards my goals of fitness, strength, movement enhancement, flexibility and rehabilitation.

My mobility and flexibility have improved over the past 12 weeks and also my confidence.

I am a wheelchair user and at home I walk a little with crutches. Cerin now helped me stand and balance away from my wheelchair, and on week 11, I walked with my crutches the full length of the gym.
