The Katas
We are making some "how to" guide to Shotokan Katas. They are going to be simple step by step guides with pictures showing what moves come after the other and some comments to go with each move. We aim to get all the Heian Katas up soon, but most importantly, we want comments from as many people as possible.
THIS MEANS YOU!
Take a look at what we have done so far and send us your commentaries to go with the pictures. We can all learn from eachother and we want to know what your Sensei shouts at you about, or what you shout at your students about, when the Kata is done.
So take a look at what we have done so far, then send us your commentaries, name, grade and club and we will put them up!
