Interval Training is when you interspace sets of hard work with sets of rest. The Tabata intervals are 8 sets of maximum effort (20 seconds worth) interspaced with 10 seconds of rest.
This makes a 4 minute workout. Doesn't sound much I know, but if you do it properly, you won't want any more!
On this mp3, a single beep marks the start of your hard work, while a double beep marks the start of your rest period. Just download it, put it to your iPod/Player, press play and have fun!
